How to Play

• Character Creation

  It shouldn't need to be said but please keep in mind that you're the sort of person an extra-dimensional alien would entrust with both his power and earth's safety.
  
  
  Name:
  Age: (Keep in mind you're in either the 11th or 12th grade.)
  
  Appearance: (No pictures please)
  
  Interests, Hobbies or Extracurriculars: (Keep in mind that you are at least somewhat athletic and as such should include at least one interest along those lines. Try to avoid the 'everyone's a martial artist' phenomenon by leaning more towards interests like baseball, the wrestling team or even just cheer leading.)
  
  Home life: (This should have a profound impact on the sort of person you've become so far.)
  Personality: (This should include their shortcomings.)
  
  Color: (As all of your alter egos will look remarkably similar it's important that they be color coded. Try to pick a color that rolls off the tongue as 'Seijin BLANK' is also your code name. DISCLAIMER: COLORS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE)
  
  Health and PP: set health and pp each to 5 for now.
  
  TRAIT RULES:
  
  Players receive one custom trait derived from their HOBBY or INTEREST such as rock climbing, surfing, karate, chemistry etc. This trait is always available to you when applicable.
  
  Once ENDOWED by Xordim with the power to morph players will receive the SEIJIN trait, which may be rolled so long as they stay transmorphed.
  
  Level ups will present players with NEW POWERS and GADGETRY, to be revealed as the game progresses.

• Table Decorum

  • First and foremost I expect as much effort from my players as myself.
  • No leet speak, emoticons or spamming the OOC
  • Make an effort to stay in character
  • While not mandatory a protip is to partially prepare a post when it's not yet your turn, then modify it as need be when it is.
  • Be excellent to each other
  • I'll let you know when it's time to roll dice.

• Game Mechanics

  MOVEMENT - How far you can move given a particular turn is determined by whether you're transformed or not. Players may ALWAYS move at least 3 spaces a turn unless otherwise disabled, but when transformed may add their agility to the number at the cost of a power point.
  
  RANGED ATTACKS - These work as you'd expect, receiving a -1 dice to rolls against foes in cover. (Players also benefit from this) Though be mindful that your default blasters only have a range of 1+Player Agility
  
  MELEE ATTACKS - Bog standard fabletop rules apply, though especially high melee rolls can often have spectacular results.
  
  GADGETS - Gadgetry may be acquired through additional level ups. Though potent they must be empowered with precious powerpoints before use and rely on the WISDOM of their wielder.
  
  RANGED DEFENSE - This is almost always an agility save unless otherwise stated. Though mightier characters may wish to rely on block for a -1 malus
  
  MELEE DEFENSE - This is almost always a MIGHT save unless otherwise stated. Though more agile characters may wish to rely on dodge for a -1 malus
  
  SPECIAL DEFENSE - WISDOM is usually your only defense from unusual harm save when it takes the shape of a melee or ranged attack.
  
  MORPHING - Power Points are literally a measure of one's MORPHIC ENERGY and can't be spent in human form. Transmorphing doesn't cost a PP itself unless done during an attack or defense roll. Any damage suffered while morphed drains PP instead of HP
